You have to communicate in everything,with friends,relationship,work....whatever is on your mind,say it ,if you don’t ,The other party will never know.You can’t just assume that they should know! they wont,There was was a time,my first day at school,I met a girl,we got on so well ,we were hooked together,a week into our meeting,i went to the conference hall,she was in front of the hall ,waiving @ me to join her ,but cause i wear glasses and i wasn't wearing it @ that time ,i couldn't see her,so sat down,in the evening,saw her in the dinning hall,went over ,she blanked me,and just walked past,I was like oh,it’s like that hun,next time I saw her,walked right thru her,the next time we spoke was 5 yrs later with friends one thing led to another and we just started talking ,she said she was waiving @ me ,cos she had kept a seat but that I looked right @ her and sat down and she was like ok then.I lost maybe the best friendship I could av had, ,of course we couldn’t rekindle the relationship again,it just felt ackward.you might think maybe cos we were young ,that's why that happened but i can't even start to tell u how many relationships i've lost thru that sort of behaviour.u would think I would have learnt my lesson ...

If media reports turn out to be true, then hip hop fans will have a lot to be thankful for this Thansgiving holiday. According to the New York Daily News, the President of Def Jam is quietly recording his comeback album in his private Chelsea, New York City studio for a hopeful release around the November holiday. Hov has reportedly been silently working with heavyweight producers like Timbaland and Dr. Dre. A source for the Daily News claims that Dre is currently emailing Jay beats, while Hov replies with his lyrics. Jay-Z hung up his mic and retired his jersey into the rafters, with his 2003 classic, The Black Album. Although he along with the rock group Linkin Park released their successful Collision Course mash-up album, Hov said he was way too busy as the President of Def Jam to think about recording another album. Jigga may have further dispelled rumors of attempting a comeback, when he signed his biggest acquisition, Nas, to Def Jam. While, rumors kept persisting that Jay-Z was plotting a comeback, the Brooklyn rapper only surrendered to his mic fiend itch by dropping rare exclusive freestyles and lending a-- to only a few artists (such as Kanye West, Rick Ross and most recently Beyonce) as a guest, following his retirement. If rumors of Jay’s comeback album are indeed true, then hip hop fans (especially in New York City) could have two huge albums from Def Jam in a three-month period. That’s because, in September, Nas is tentatively scheduled to release his Def Jam debut album, Hip Hop Is Dead … The N, a project that Nas vows should be his best. From there, if reports turn out to be true, Jay-Z would release his new LP in November. On “Encore,” a track off of The Black Album, Jay firmly states, “When I come back like Jordan / wearing the 4-5 / It ain't to play games with you / It's to aim at you, probably maim you / If I owe you I'm blowin you to smithereens. The E! channel will debut a 1-hour special tonight on the lives of women married to Hip-Hop celebrities titled Hip-Hop Wives: The E! True Hollywood Story. The wives of Hip-Hop celebrities such as Ice-T (Coco), Russell Simmons (Kimora Lee Simmons), Sean "Diddy" Combs (Kim Porter), Snoop Dogg (Shante Broadus) and others are featured in the special, which details the lives of the first ladies of Hip-Hop. "If he does something foolish, I'm not having it," Snoop's wife tells the cameras. "The perks of being married to Snoop Dogg? I have a beautiful white Range Rover, beautiful jewels, but most of all, my three beautiful children: Corde, Cordell and Cori." The show premiers tonight (July 9) at 8pm, with encores July 12 at 8pm, July 16 at 1pm, July 17 at 8pm and July 22 at 8pm.

Lloyd Banks' sophomore album, Rotten Apple, which was scheduled for release this month, has been pushed back. Rotten Apple was slated for release on July 18th. According to an Interscope representative, the album will now hit shelves on September 19th. Rotten Apple will reportedly feature appearances from the entire G-Unit family, 8Ball, Rakim and Scarface, and production is supplied by Timbaland, Eminem and Havoc, among others.

A video for Janet Jackson's current single, "Call on Me" (featuring Nelly), was recently shot by acclaimed director Hype Williams. "It's really fun and whimsical," writes Janet about the clip. J also plans to fly out to Europe at the end of the month to promote her forthcoming CD, 20 Years Old (due Sept. 26). "All in all, life is so good," Janet writes. "I'm so at peace."

The New York City Council has allocated $1.5 million in funding to construct a Hip-Hop museum in the Bronx, New York. Spearheaded by City Council member Larry Seabrook, the museum will trace Hip-Hop from its origins in the 1970's and be used as a forum to educate future generations about Hip-Hop culture. The new museum is part of a community center and housing development project that is being built by the nonprofit Northeast Bronx Redevelopment Corporation. The project is reportedly to consist of several floors of low-to moderate-income housing with a gymnasium, a small theater, a recording studio, and the museum.

Wu-Tang Clan has announced dates for a month-long summer tour that will include performances all across the U.S. and will hit here in 8/25 - Ft. Lauderdale - Revolution The tour will feature all the original members from the clan, whose roots go back nearly 15 years.

A federal judge on Friday ordered a bankruptcy trustee takeover of Marion "Suge" Knight's Death Row Records, saying the record label has undergone gross mismanagement. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ellen Carroll made the ruling as part of proceedings initiated when the rap label filed for bankruptcy in April. Carroll said the label's accounting practices were in disarray and noted that Knight testified he hadn't reviewed the financial statements in a decade. Knight was not present at the hearing and a message left for his attorney was not returned.

Nelly Furtado's hit collaboration with Timbaland, "Promiscuous," is No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the third straight week. The cut has also been atop the Pop 100 and Hot Digital Songs charts for the same period. Meanwhile, Timbaland has launched a joint venture with Interscope/Geffen/A&M called Mosley Music Group. "The doors are open to all kinds of music," he says of the label.

Foxy Brown's trial for an alleged assault on two nail salon employees was delayed until next month by a Manhattan judge Wednesday ( July 12). As SOHH previously reported, Brown (Born Inga Marchand) is charged with assaulting two employees of Manhattan's Bloomie Nails in Chelsea in an August 2004 fight over payment for a manicure. Brown was initially charged with misdemeanor assault, attempted assault and harassment. She has already turned down two misdemeanor plea deals that would have allowed her to avoid jail time. The aforementioned trial was set to begin next week on Monday (July 17).

Beyoncé got served a $1.5 million lawsuit on Wednesday by a former business associate who alleges that he was shortchanged following the launch of her House of Deréon fashion line. New York businessman Greg Walker claims he connected the singer and her mother, Tina Knowles, with clothing-maker Wear Me Apparel, and wasn't adequately compensated when Beyoncé netted "approximately $15 million" in the eventual licensing deal.

Actress Nia Long found herself the center of attention Friday night at L.A.'s Grove shopping center while shopping with a new beau. The actress of "Boiler Room" and "Big Momma's House" fame and a mystery man were on the streets of the hip shopping center when Long's ex, Massai Z. Dorsey, ran into the pair. Apparently there's bad blood between the guys because a street brawl broke out between Dorsey and Long's new guy, right in the middle of the shopping center! Nia’s guy friend kicked Long's ex's butt - hands down - leaving him lying on the street as he and Long took off running. As Long was running, she even lost her shoe- yet didn't seem to care. She left the shoe behind and kept running! Long and Dorsey have a 5 year old son together named Massai Zhivago Dorsey II. Calls to both parties' reps were not returned.

Jacob the Jeweler, well known for providing hip-hop's biggest names with high-end custom jewelry, pleaded not guilty to money laundering charges in a Detroit court Wednesday (July 12).
Jacob (born Jacob Arabov) was arrested outside his flagship store in New York last month on a warrant issued in Detroit by federal authorities accusing him with conspiring with others to launder money through his jewelry business. The infamous jeweler was among 16 people indicted by a Michigan DA in May for violating federal drug laws and laundering an excess of $270 million. According to the Detroit News, Jacob was accompanied by two New York City attorneys as he entered his plea before U.S. Magistrate Judge Virginia Morgan on Wednesday. He was later freed on a $100,000 bond and is awaiting trial. Jacob pleaded not guilty to the same money laundering charges when he made a court appearance in a New York court in June. He was also freed on a $100,000 bond.

No because he’s used to it and he sees it as pathetic but if he wasn’t a rich boy, would he have found it so pathetic or would he be relishing every moment and scoring with this hordes of girls as much as he can.?
